2. Learned HCGP submits that the charges have been

framed and evidence has commenced. The offences relate to the ones punishable under Sections 504 and 506 of the IPC only.

3. In the light of the offences being only under Sections 504 and 506 of the IPC, the concerned Court shall endeavour to conclude the proceedings within an outer limit of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed.
