Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the earlier bail application filed by the petitioners in Crl.P.No.6723/2024 connected with Crl.P.No.6555/2024 was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh bail petition after PWs.1 to 7 are completely cross-examined before the Trial Court. She submits that trial in the case is under progress and therefore, at this stage this petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh bail petition after PWs.1 to 7 are completely cross-examined before the Trial Court.
