This is a successive bail petition preferred by accused No.1 in SC.No.193/2023 pending on the file of the learned II Additional District and Session Judge, Dakshina Kannada, Mangalore.

4. This Court, while dismissing

Crl.P.No.9238/2024, as withdrawn vide order dated 04.02.2025, has reserved liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition for bail before the Sessions Court after the examination of CW.1 to CW.4. The learned Sessions Judge has rejected the bail petition vide order dated 18.08.2025.

Petitioner, along with the other accused, has been charge sheeted for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 of IPC and Section 212 of IPC.
