This petition is filed under Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking anticipatory bail in Cr.No.116/2025 registered by the respondent for the offence punishable under Section 108 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

It is stated that the petitioner has challenged the registration of FIR in Cr.No.116/2025 before this Court in Crl.P.No.12800/2025 and that this Court granted an order of stay vide order dated 16.09.2025. Therefore, it is submitted that this petition does not survive for consideration and therefore, the petitioner prays that the same be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to seek renewal of this petition in the event adverse order is passed in Crl.P.No.12800/2025.
