Accused no.2 in NCB F.No.48/1/19/2025/BZU registered by Narcotic Control Bureau, Bengaluru, pending before the Court of XXXIII Addl. City Civil & Sessions Judge & Special Judge for NDPS Cases, Bengaluru, is before this Court under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, seeking regular bail.

Heard Sri Venkatesh S.Arbatti, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Rajashekar, learned Counsel for the respondent.

It is submitted that the respondent-Police after completion of investigation, have filed charge sheet before the Special Court on 25.11.2025.

Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that accused nos.1 & 3 have been enlarged on bail in the aforesaid crime after filing of charge sheet.

In view of the aforesaid submission, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to seek bail before the Special Court in view of filing of charge sheet and also on the ground of parity.
