" It is submitted that the appellant corporation has issued a letter dated 19.06.2023 stating that the respondent has paid the amount to the appellant corporation under One Time settlement-MCAR Scheme and further instructed to withdraw the above appeal filed by the corporation. The copy of the letter dated 19.06.2023 is enclosed along with this Memo.
In view of the aforesaid facts the appellant corporation craves leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the above appeal as not pressed in the interest of justice and equity."
