Learned High Court Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the complaint filed against the Company has been quashed in Criminal Petition No.10781/2026 vide order dated 07.09.2026. It is submitted that, in the said case, accused No.1 is the Company and accused No.2 is the Director of the said Company. It is submitted that the petitioner was an employee of the Company and is presently under suspension.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that since the offence against the Company and its Director has been quashed, the proceeding against the petitioner is also required to be quashed, as petitioner was only an employee and was working as per the directions of the Company.
