Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned High Court Government Pleader for respondent No.1.

This petition is filed to quash the complaint dated 04.08.2025, registered as FIR No.73/2025 before the Belthangadi Police Station.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the contents of the complaint and the contents of the publication in social media do not attract any offence.

The Court is unable to accept the contention. On perusal of the contents of the complaint, the Court is of the view that the case is made out for investigation.

Merely because the Court has held that a case is made out for investigation, it cannot be construed as having
