The petitioner is before this Court seeking following prayer:

"WHEREFORE, the petitioner humbly prays that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to setaside/quash the order dated 31/07/2020 passed by LXIX Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru (CCH-70), in S.C.No.1283/2018 in preserving the MOs till disposal of split up case, direct the Hon'ble trial Court to release the amount seized in P.F.No.172/2015 to the petitioner, in the ends of justice and equity".

The petitioner has preferred the subject petition seeking preservation of MOs seized in P.F.No.172/2015 till the disposal of spilt up case in S.C.No.1283/2018. It is open to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the concerned Court and approach the appropriate forum, if the concerned Court would not accept the
