The petition challenges an order of proclamation against the petitioner. This Court on 02.03.2026 had passed the following order:

"The petitioner/accused No.1 is before this Court calling in question the order dated 25.07.2025 passed in C.C.No.9612/2025, as it relates to issuance of proclamation against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('the IPC' for short).

Heard Sri. Anand K. learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Anoop Kumar, learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1.

There shall be an interim order of stay subject to the condition that the petitioner would appear before the concerned Court on 18.03.2026, the next date of listing. In the event, the petitioner would not appear, the proclamation would spring back.

List this matter on 26.03.2026 , in ‘ Fresh Matters List’ ."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has appeared before the concerned court and sought

for a regular bail now. In the light of the appearance of the petitioner, the order of proclamation shall stand obliterated.
