Further, this Court granted interim order of stay subject to condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- within eight weeks from today. Till today, the petitioner has neither deposited the said amount nor paid the process fee to issue notice to respondent No.2. As such, the matter is lying at the stage of orders since two years. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. Hence, left with no other option, the petition is
