It is submitted that, the Petitioner has filed the top-noted Petition challenging the order dated 21/11/2025 passed by the Learned Senior Civil Judge and JMFC Court, Banhatti in Crime No.95/2022 of Banahatti Police Station, Tq. Rabakavi Banahatii, Dist. Bagalkot.
It is submitted that, the said order is a revisable order and this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the Petitioner to withdraw the top-noted Petition with a liberty to file a Revision before the District Court to meet the ends of justice and equity.
