Heard Sri S.M. Mamadapur, learned counsel for

the petitioner, and Smt. Kirtilata R. Patil, learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondent.

The present petition is filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarika Suraksha Sanhit, 2023 (for short, 8the BNSS9), with the following prayer:

<WHEREFORE, the petitioner above named prayed that this Hon9ble Court be pleased to enlarge the petitioner i.e. Accused no.2 on bail in crime no.112/2024 registered for the offence punishable u/s 189(2), 191(3), 126(2), 49, 140(1), 115(2), 103(1), 238 r/w section 190 of bns 2023, pending on the file of Addl. Civil Judge (Jr.Dn) and JMFC Court, Athani, Belagavi District, in the interest of justice and equity.=

The petitioner has been charge-sheeted for

(i) Petition is allowed .

(ii) Petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on executing bond in a sum of Rs.1,00,000/with two sureties for the likesum to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

(iii) Petitioner shall attend the Court regularly.

(iv) Petitioner shall not tamper the prosecution witnesses in any manner.

(v) Petitioner shall not leave the Belagavi jurisdiction without prior permission.
