Heard Sri Avinash M.Angadi, learned counsel for petitioner and Smt.Kirtilata R.Patil, learned High Court Government Pleader for respondent No.1.

At the outset, Sri Avinash M.Angadi would submit that present petitioner-Smt.Anita H.Patil being the Director, would stand on the same footing that of Sharanappa alias Sharanagouda, who was the petitioner in Criminal Petition No.103560/2024 and this Court by order dated 14.01.2026 quashed the pending criminal case insofar as the said Sharanappa is concerned. Accordingly, similar order be passed in this petition.

Per contra , Smt.Kirtilata R.Patil, learned High Court Government would contend that in respect of the present petitioner, there is an allegation that she has acquired the

Accordingly, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present petition also needs to be allowed in terms of the order passed in Criminal Petition No.103560/2024.
