Wherefore, the petitioner humbly prays before this Hon'ble Court to kindly consider this memo on record and withdraw/not-pressed the above petition with the liberty to file fresh petition at appropriate circumstances and with the permission to file a fresh application before the Hon'ble Trial Court in the interest of justice.
