This civil petition is filed by the petitioner/wife seeking transfer of M.C.No.676/2024, filed for restitution of conjugal rights, which is pending before the III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bangalore Rural, to the VI Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore, where M.C.No.6141/2023, filed for divorce by the respondent herein against the petitioner is pending.

Admittedly, both the divorce petition and the petition for restitution of conjugal rights are to be tried together to avoid conflicting judgments. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. Therefore, this Court finds it just and reasonable to transfer M.C.No.676/2024, from the Court of III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bangalore Rural, to the VI Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore, to try along with M.C.No.6141/2023 filed by the respondent/husband for divorce. The transferee Court is directed to club both matters and dispose of them together, in order to avoid conflicting judgments.
