The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

i. Order that, the Company, M/s Saravana Alloy Steels Pvt. Ltd., having its registered officer at 21/D, Industrial Suburb, 2^nd Stage, Tumkur Road, Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore-560022 be wound up under Section 433 (e) & 433 (f) of the Companies Act, 1956;

ii. Appoint a Liquidator to forthwith take possession of all the assets, books, documents, papers and records of the company; and

iii. Award costs of this Petition and of winding-up and to pass such other or further orders in favour of the Petitioner company and against the Respondent Company as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and equity.

A memo dated 09.01.2026 signed by the representative of the petitioner namely Sri Ravindra Desai, Senior General Manager and learned counsel for the petitioner has been filed, which reads as under:
