Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

This Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, praying to appoint a sole Arbitrator for adjudication of the dispute between the parties in terms of Clause 16.1 of the Joint Development Agreement dated 24.06.2024, as per Annexure-B to the Petition.

Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that resolution of dispute has to be made by an independent Arbitrator, Shri. R.M. Vaidya, retired District Judge, is hereby appointed as the Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties to this Petition.

Since parties are represented through their learned counsel, the parties are directed to appear before the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre, Race Course Road, Bengaluru, on 15.04.2026 at 11.00 a.m. On appearance of the
