The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of an order dated 25.01.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.1201/2024 (KLR-RR/SUR). In terms, of the said order, the complainant was granted the liberty to file an application online. The accused was directed to consider the application as expeditiously as possible.

The complainant had filed the said petition seeking that a survey sketch be prepared and phodi and durast be conducted in respect of the land measuring 1 acre falling in Sy.No.26 of Hosahudya Village, Kasaba Hobli, Doddaballapur Taluk.
