The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging

willful disobedience of the order dated 03.02.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.25139/2024(S-RES), whereby the petition was disposed of by directing the accused to

consider the complainant's representation dated 25.07.2024, in the light of Government Order dated 26.05.2017.

The accused No.3 has filed a compliance affidavit affirming that the representation was considered and an endorsement dated 24.06.2025 has been issued. The said endorsement is also enclosed with the said affidavit.

In view of the above, we are unable to accept that any proceedings for willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court are necessary to be initiated. The complaint is, accordingly, closed.

We, however, clarify that this order will not preclude the complainant from availing other substantive remedies, albeit in accordance with law.
