The complainants have filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 09.01.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.1414/2024 (BDA).

In terms of the said order, the complainants were granted liberty to make a fresh representation specifying the date in reference to which they prefer the accused to re-fix the rate of the marginal area/land.

A memo has been filed enclosing therewith a notice indicating that the BDA has fixed a rate at the value of Rs.41,77,778/- for the marginal area on the basis of the guideline value that was applicable as on 26.09.2011.
