This Contempt of Court Case is filed alleging noncompliance with the directions issued by this Court by order dated 30.11.2022 in W.P.No.15469/2018. This Court while disposing of the Writ Petition at Annexure 'P' has directed as under :
"Learned DSG, on instructions, submits that benefit to which the petitioner is entitled to is under process and the same would be settled within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
