A memo is filed on 08.09.2026 by the counsel for the accused stating that the affidavit of compliance dated 17.08.2026 in respect of compliance of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.20856/2025, wherein Bangalore Development Authority¹ has undertaken to execute a sale deed within 10 days. It is stated that, accordingly the sale deed has been executed by the concerned officer of the BDA and the original of the same has been handed over to the complainant.
