The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 11.06.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P. No.15806/2023 (GM-RES). The complainant had filed the said petition, inter alia, praying that the respondents be directed to consider the representation dated 17.03.2023.

The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for

the accused has filed a compliance affidavit enclosing therewith an endorsement dated 03.03.2025.

The learned counsel for the complainant submits that the entire exercise conducted by the accused is misdirected and further the documents sought by the complainant have also not been furnished.

Since the representation furnished by the complainant has been considered and disposed of, no proceedings for willful disobedience of the order dated 11.06.2024 are required to be initiated against the accused.

In view of the above, the complaint is closed. We clarify that this would not preclude the complainant from availing of substantive remedies for redressal of his grievance, albeit in accordance with law.
