This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 22.08.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.16489/2022. The

operative portion of the said order reads as under:

"4. Having regard to the prayer made in the writ petition and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the considered opinion that it is the bounden duty of the respondent-Tahsildar to consider the representations given by the petitioner, who, having acquired the land in question under a registered instrument, is seeking mutation and entry of the name of the petitioner in the land revenue records. The Tahsildar shall consider the representations in accordance with law
