1. The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 30.06.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.13671/2025 (KLR-RES).

2. In terms of the said order, the accused was directed to consider the complainant's application dated 17.02.2025.

3. The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for

the accused has filed the compliance affidavit dated 11.06.2026,
