"An affidavit of compliance has been filed on 24.08.2026 by the counsel for the accused. It is sworn by Shri Umesh J, the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Bangalore Development Authority. It is said to enclose

an allotment letter dated 20.06.2026 issued to the complainant Shri S. Balakrishnaraju. Under that allotment letter, certain charges and balance value are payable.
Learned counsel for the complainant seeks an adjournment to enable him to verify the details and to act upon the letter of allotment before the next date of listing and submit his affidavit to that effect prior to the next date of listing.
