Mr. Bhairav Kuttaiah, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the profoma respondent No.3/alleged contemnor submits that out of 97 beneficiaries , payments have been made to 91 pursuant to the judgment in question. He further submits that in respect of the remaining 6 beneficiaries payments shall be made within a period of 6 weeks in terms of the judgment in question.
