The complainant has filed a present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 26.09.2024, whereby a batch of petitions were disposed of with a direction to the accused to consider the claim applications submitted by the writ

petitioners including the complainant and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Accused No.2/respondent No.2 (competent authority) has filed a compliance affidavit inter alia stating that notices dated 22.1.2025 have been issued to various applicants and that the claim will be considered in accordance with law. He further submits that there are some matters where stay order has been granted in regard to the proceedings. Subject to there being no such impediment, the complainant's claim would be considered.

In view of the above, the complaint is closed with liberty to the complainant to revive the same.
