The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging the willful disobedience of the order dated 25.07.2025 passed by Co-ordinate Bench to this Court in WP.No.11062/2025 (S-KSAT). The complainant had filed the said petition impugning an order dated 10.03.2025 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal [ KSAT ] in Application No.629/2025.

The petitioner is essentially aggrieved by his suspension from service. This Court had noted that the complainant was suspended on 27.01.2025 and the period of six (06) months for which the complainant was suspended would expire on 26.07.2025. This Court had further observed that if the charge memo is not served on the complainant within a period of six (06) months, the legitimate consequences would follow, and, enure to the benefit of the complainant by grant of appropriate postings, etc. The suspension order is not extended and the complainant has been granted a posting.

It is the complainant's case that the posting granted is not appropriate. Clearly, it is a separate cause of action and the

complainant's grievance relating to posting cannot be considered as a disobedience of the orders passed by this Court. The complaint is accordingly closed.

We clarify that this order will not preclude the complainant

from availing his remedies if he is aggrieved by the posting order.
