The learned counsel appearing for the complainant submits that the endorsements are in violation of the statutory provisions as well as the second proviso to Rule 5 of the Karnataka Educational Institutions (Classification, Regulation and Prescription of Curricula etc.) Rules, 1995.

Having considered the contentions advanced, we are of the opinion that said contentions cannot be decided in this proceeding and are to be addressed in a challenge as against the endorsement in appropriate proceedings.

The contempt of Court case is accordingly closed, leaving open the contentions of the parties to be agitated in appropriate proceedings.
