The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 04.02.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.1169/2025(LR).

Learned Additional Government Advocate for the accused submits that the accused does not have any jurisdiction to consider

the applications under the Mysore (Religious and Charitable) Inams Abolition Act, 1955 .

It is stated that subsequent to the orders, disobedience of which is alleged, the Government issued a notification dated 28.04.2025, whereby the jurisdiction to decide such applications is conferred upon the Taluk Land Tribunal.

In view of the above, the complaint is closed.

We, however, clarify that this order will not preclude the complainant from seeking further orders for consideration of his application, albeit in accordance with law.
