This Contempt of Court Case is filed alleging noncompliance with the directions contained in the judgment dated 04.07.2024 in Writ Petition No.17519/2024. The direction issued reads as follows:-

" 6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition directing the concerned respondents to consider the representation to be submitted by the petitioner and take appropriate decision/pass appropriate orders on the same, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

The learned Additional Government Advocate has placed on record an affidavit stating that the

representation of the complainant has been considered and an order was passed on 02.07.2024. It is submitted that pursuant thereto a report has been submitted by the Assistant Registrar, which is the subject matter of W.P. No.22329/2025. It is contended that all the contentions
