THIS CIVIL CONTEMPT PETITION IS FILED UNDER SECTIONS 11 AND 12 OF THE CONTEMPT OF COURTS ACT, 1971 BY THE COMPLAINANT PRAYING TO INITIATE CONTEMPT OF COURT PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THE PRINCIPAL OF THE ACCUSED SCHOOL, PUNISH THE PRINCIPAL OF THE ACCUSED SCHOOL UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE CONTEMPT OF COURTS ACT, 1971 FOR DISOBEYING THE ORDER DATED 02.07.2026 (ANNEXURE-A) PASSED BY THIS COURT IN W.P.NO.3856/2026 (EDN-RES) AND DIRECT THE PRINCIPAL OF THE ACCUSED SCHOOL TO HANDOVER TO THE COMPLAINANT HIS ORIGINAL SSLC MARKS CARD, TRANSFER CERTIFICATE, STUDY CERTIFICATE AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL RECORDS.

compliance has been filed on 09.09.2026 by the accused stating that the accused was unable to comply with the order dated 02.07.2026 passed by the writ Court as his father-in-law was hospitalized and he was unable to communicate with his advocate appearing in the writ petition. It is stated that the accused has thereafter complied with the order.
