allegation that the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.104485 of 2022 (SC/ST) has not been complied with by the accused.

Learned counsel appearing for the accused has filed a

memo along with copies of the RTC and mutation entries, which show that the names of the complainants have been entered in the revenue records in respect of 5 guntas of land in Sy.No.76B/2C of Saptapur Village, Dharwad. This, in our opinion, amounts to compliance with the order passed in Writ Petition No.104485 of 2022 (SC/ST). Hence, the contempt petition is hereby dismissed .
