This application is filed seeking the following:

(a) To permit the Official Liquidator to substitute "M/s Paradeep Phosphates Limited having registered office at 5^th floor, Orissa State Handloom Weavers' Co-operative Building, Pandit J.N.Marg, Bhubaneshwar, Orissa - 751 001 represented by its Managing Director Sri.Narayanan Suresh Krishnan" as

respondent No.1 in place of M/s Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd., Level 11, UB City, 24, Vittal Mallya Road, Bengaluru - 560 001, represented by Sri.Thodur Madabusi Muralidharan, CFO (KMP) in view of scheme of Amalgamation between M/s Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd., & M/s. Paradeep Phosphates Limited as sanctioned by the Hon'ble NCLT Benches at Bengaluru & Cuttack. And
