Heard Shri. J. Vasanth, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner and Shri. P. Thejesh, learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents No.1 to 3.

This writ petition (Habeas Corpus) is filed by the father, complaining that his daughter, who is a minor, is missing from his residence from 29.11.2025. The petitioner makes certain assertion with regard to the person.

After issuance of notice, the respondent-State has entered appearance.

Smt. Sabana Yassem, Woman PSI, along with Smt. Bhagya, WHC 277, are present along with the alleged detenue before us in chambers.

We had a detailed discussion with the detenue. She

has stated that she went to her native place in view of some family differences. She further states that she would go with her parents.
