In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:

“i) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 CBSE authority to restore the access to the email CBSE Shiksha Mail I.D. [email protected] login credentials by sending the verification code to two phone numbers 8123155559 and 9606095007 and grant access to OASIS portal which was in operation by considering the Petitioner’s email dated 14.03.2025 (Annexure-S) and representation dated 22.03.2025 submitted on 24.03.2025 (Annexure-V).

ii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 CBSE authority to restore the status quo ante as on 07.03.2025 by rectifying

the uploaded documents and changes effected in the OASIS Portal during the period 07.03.2025 till restoration of Status Quo ante as 07.03.2025.

iii) Pass such other orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to pass under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.”

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record.

Though several contentions have been urged by the petitioner on one hand and respondent No.2 on the other hand, it is an undisputed fact that the petitioner’s email dated 14.03.2025 and representation dated 22.03.2025 at Annexures-S and V respectively addressed to respondent No.1 had not been considered by respondent No.1 as on the date of filing of the present petition. Under these circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits / de-merits of the rival contentions between the petitioner on the one hand and respondent No.2 on the other hand, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition directing respondent No.1 – CBSE to consider and to pass

V within a period of two weeks from today.

Subject to the aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed
