"The petitioner in the above case has challenged the order dated 19.2.2025 in App.No.6181/2024 passed by the Hon'ble Tribunal. During the time of filing the writ petition by over sight some of the important documents are not produced in the writ petition. Hence, petitioner seeking permission to withdrawn the above writ petition with reserving liberty to file fresh writ petition including all necessary documents.
