The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo which reads as under:

It is humbly submitted that the petitioner had preferred the present writ petition seeking for the relief in the nature of mandamus directing Respondent Nos.1 to 5 to restrain Respondent No.6 from contesting or assuming the position of Chairperson-the election notice and other appropriate reliefs.

It is humbly submitted that in view of the respondent authorities have conducted the election and Chairperson already elected, consequentially, the relief sought in the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Wherefore, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dismiss the petition as being rendered infructuous, we seek the permission of this Hon'ble Court to
