Learned counsel Sri.Girish Kumar.R appearing on behalf of Sri.Akash V.T, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has taken 'No objection' from Sri.Akash V.T, learned counsel in the year 2023 itself. Hence, he submits that he has no instructions from the petitioner.

Learned counsel Sri.Suraj, appearing on behalf of Smt.Kshama Naragund, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that matter would not survive for consideration and has become infructuous.

As the petitioner has not taken any steps to represent before the Court, it appears petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the petition.
