"The petitioner in the above writ petition has prayed for setting aside the order dated 22.02.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Tribunal in Application No.3504/2022 and also sought for interim order staying the impugned order dated 10.06.2022 (A-13) and 14.07.2022 (A-14) during the pendency of the above writ petition, the petitioner has been exonerated disciplinary proceeding, hence the writ petition it's become infructuous, hence the petition may be kindly be permitted to withdraw writ petition in the interest of justice and equity."

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of as having become infructuous since he is said to have emerged blemish-free in the departmental enquiry.
