seen that the petitioner is before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, questioning the second show-cause notice bearing No.FMD/HR/60-24/1093/2024 dated 16.02.2024 (Annexure-B) issued by respondent No.1. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 files a memo dated 10.02.2025 enclosing order/award of punishment dated 09.03.2024, wherein the petitioner is imposed punishment of "Stoppage of 5 increments with cumulative effect" under Rule 27 (iii) of HAL Standing Orders.
