This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:-

"To issue an appropriate Writ or Direction more particularly a direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the respondents to conclude the contract and release the final bill including PVC bill as requested through petitioner's letter dated 03.03.2022 marked as Annexure-A and pass such further or other orders."

It is submitted by learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that the representation preferred at Annexure-A had been rejected by an endorsement dated 06.04.2022 and what is now being argued is with regard to the correctness of the said rejection, which is not under challenge.
