In this writ petition, petitioner is assailing the final notice dated 24.03.2022 (Annexure-A), wherein the petitioner has been directed to remove the illegally constructed shop in the road leading from Thirthahalli to Kundapura.

Perusal of paragraph No.2 of the writ petition would indicate that the petitioner himself admits that the land is belonging to the Government and he has illegally occupied the said land. In that view of the matter, as the notice is of the year 2022 and therefore, I am of the view that, as the land is
