The present petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the final order passed in Crl.Misc.512/2022 dated 26.07.2024. Proceedings were initiated by the respondent's wife and minor child under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. Therefore, the present petition filed invoking the writ jurisdiction under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable. The petitioner may have to file revision petition challenging the said order as contemplated in law. Hence, the objection raised by the Registry regarding maintainability is sustained, This petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings challenging the said order under Section 125 of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.
