IS FILED PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENT TO ISSUE AFFILIATION ORDER TO THE PETITIONER COLLEGE ON THE BASIS OF THE RECOGNITION ORDER DATED 14/08/2024 AT ANNEXURE-E AND F, CONSIDERING THE REPRESENTATION DATED 26/08/2024 AND THEREBY PERMIT THE PETITIONER TO ADMIT STUDENTS FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-25 PRODUCED AT ANNEXURE-K.

ORAL ORDER

In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following

reliefs:

“ A) Issue an order/direction/writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to issue affiliation order to the petitioner college on the basis of the recognition order dated 14.08.2024 at Annexure E and F, considering the representation dated 26.08.2024 and thereby permit the petitioner to admit students for the academic year 2024-25 produced at Annexure-K.

B) Pass any other appropriate order in the circumstances of the case including an order towards cost in the interest of justice and equity.”

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 26.08.2024 at Annexure-K submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition.

Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation dated 26.08.2024 at Annexure-K bearing in mind the documents produced by the petitioner along with the present petition and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of one week from today.
