(He.Naa.Ra) 118/17-18 dated 13.10.2017 (marked as Annexure 'B') and the order of the District Magistrate, Hassan in Case No.MAG/888/2017-18 dated 06.09.2018 (marked as Annexure 'D') - by the issue of Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction as the case may be and Wfurther be pleased to grant the Petitioner such other further reliefs as deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case and allow this Writ Petition with costs.
