"(a) Quash the impugned order at Annexure:C dtd:27.09.2018 passed by the Respondent No.5 in M.S.C No.169/2017-18 and notice dtd:30.11.2018 passed by the Respondent No.2 in No/Sa Ja Vi/18/Na Ha Ja Ni/My/17 at Annexure: B by issuing writ of certiorari.
