2. Learned counsel for the petitioner reiterates the

submission. Despite her best efforts she is not getting any instructions. Further we note despite order dated 26.09.2024 directing that the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.7.5 Lakhs with the Registry of this Court and there is nothing on record to suggest that the said amount has been deposited, the petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
